How CLAA Public Records Work

Public records distinguish allegations, reviewed information, corroborated evidence, official findings, disputes, corrections, and outcomes.

Submitted means information has been received but has not yet been independently evaluated.

Under Review means CLAA is reviewing documentation, evidence, responsive information, or source records.

Corroborated means the matter is supported by sufficient independent evidence.

Official Finding means a finding was documented by a government agency, court, or other authorized body.
